We ventured into the Rømø Motor Festival, a thrilling beach racing event on Lakolk Strand, Denmark, for this self-initiated photography project. Echoing the historic Fanø races of 1919-1924, this festival features pre-1947 vintage cars and motorcycles racing at speeds over 120 km/h, drawing 30,000 enthusiasts. Our lens captured the intensity of racers, the blur of wheels on sand, and the festive crowd in period attire, blending history and adrenaline under the late-summer sun.
